What items are included in your start-up kit?
Everything you need to get started! A six foot sizing bar, two measuring blocks, a special molded plastic debris container (to catch & store the plastic shavings), a bag of 200 metal wall mounting brackets, a solvent friendly syringe applicator for applying solvents or glues, an anvil base cutter to trim off excess plastic, and a instruction manual.

I've seen other notching tools on the market, how is yours different?
We know of no other machine currently on the market that is even remotely close to ProEDGE® as far as performing precision cuts, superior industrial strength (durability), and ergonomically designed (ease and speed of use which results in increased performance). What is your warranty on the ProEDGE® cutting tool?
Three years parts and labor.

How long will it take for you to ship a ProEDGE® tool or plastic edging?
Orders placed by 3:00pm CST on any workday will normally be shipped that very same day.

When I place an order for a tube of plastic edging, do I have to purchase all of one color or size?
No. Most ProEDGE® authorized distributors will mix and match colors (pewter, hi-polish black, matte black, gold, red, blue, chrome, white) and thickness sizes (1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2” or 13/16”) at no extra charge.

Does ProEDGE® have local distributors, and if so should I buy from a distributor or ProEDGE® directly?
There are many authorized ProEDGE® distributors in the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. We strongly encourage our customers to purchase from their local authorized ProEDGE® distributor. The local authorized distributor can offer hands-on initial set-up, in-house training & support, immediate delivery of most cutting tools, and all colors and sizes of ProEDGE® plastic edging. Additionally, in most cases, there is a cost savings purchasing from an authorized local ProEDGE® distributor, as they generally waive freight and delivery charges.

Why do you have three different models of the ProEDGE® cutting tool and what are the differences?
ProEDGE® tools are available in a stand mounted, desktop mounted and wallmounted model. All three models have the identical cutting "head", sizing bar and sizing blocks. The criteria for selecting the tool that fits your individual needs should be based on how you intend on using our system. If your have more floor space than desktop or wall space, you would be a candidate for our most popular model, the ProEDGE 2000S Stand Mounted Cutter: The 2000S has adjustable legs to fit the tallest or shortest operator in your finishing dept. It’s steel casters allow the unit to be easily rolled to where the images are, rather than bringing all of the images to the cutter. The 2000S is equipped with three circular "saddle bag" slots on it’s backside, allowing a convenient on organized way to store up to three tubes of plastic edging. It also allows for the storing of the 6' or 8' sizing bar when not in use, by simply removing the quick release pin and placing the bar in one of the cardboard shipping tubes which is secured in one of the circular slots.
